Anniversary. This was a unique opportunity for the current Redlegs
of A/92d to interact with the veterans of their Unit. They were
able to learn about the history their predecessors wrote and to
hear of their experiences under fire. The reunion also gave the
veterans a chance to meet the young soldiers, learn about their
training, see the new MLRS equipment and observe a Combined Arms
Live-fire Exercise (CALFAX). The Regimental Tree was planted by
James "Top" Rigdon (1/92d "B" 6 "HHB" Vietnam), and the Regiment
held a Memorial Service in the Division Artillery Chapel. |
